This site has all rift locations, just be carefull as the information provided there (about the rift opening time etc) are from retail aion. I believe that rifts r open 1 hour in infiniteaion and then dissapear (or after their max amount of teleports has been reached).
(the rifts with max lvl 50 are in fact max lv 55 in infiniteaion)
